Hi! I'm Wilbur! I'm a 10-year old male beagle. I was a puppy mill dog. I didn't even have a name! But 2 kind souls saved me from being euthanized because the breeder was done with me. I'm in a temporary foster home now & I'm just starting to love life! I'm afraid of human touch right now. But my foster mom is working on helping me get over that. I watched a little TV the 1st night in my foster home. That was something! I really love the furniture! I ride well in the car - just attach my harness to the seatbelt & I'll ride great in the back seat. I will be neutered & up-to-date on vaccines before I'm adopted. I probably weigh about 30 lbs.
