Second Annual Nittany Beagle Rescue Reunion

The second annual Nittany Beagle Rescue reunion was held on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Spring Creek Park, in Houserville and was great fun for all the beagles and their families. Doggie gift bags for all the beagles attending and door prizes for all the human counterparts were given.

STOP Puppy Mills

In June 2008, the Humane Society of the United States led a massive rescue effort to save nearly 700 breeding dogs and puppies in the largest puppy mill rescue in Tennessee history. Nittany Beagle Rescue has won the Just Dog Breeds "Dog Rescue Award" for 2007 for the work we do rescuing dogs! This award is given exclusively to breed rescue groups as recognition for their hard work and kindness towards dogs.

Foster Homes Desperately Needed
