Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi, My name is Bernard! I'm about 2 years old & I'm a male tricolor beagle! I am just sweet as sweet can be! I was found as a stray, but everyone at the shelter fell in love with me! Now I just need a home & a family who will love me! At first, the people at the shelter thought someone shot me in the leg, but we just found out I have a chronically dislocated hip (I was probably hit by a car). I'm going to have surgery to fix my leg, though! I will be neutered before I'm adopted. I'm working on houstraining.
