Hi! My name is Louie & I'm a very sweet male tricolor beagle. I'm 7 years old, & I'm the sweetest guy! I seem to be a little on the submissive side with other dogs. I've lived in an outdoor kennel all my life, but I'm anxious to live in a house with my people! I'm starved for attention from people! I just want love & affection & to give it back in return! Nittany Beagle Rescue thinks Louie would love to hang out on the couch with his people & maybe even sleep in bed with them. Louie is up-to-date on vaccines and neutered. He rides very well in a car. Louie will need work on housetraining, but he just needs a consistent & patient family to help him learn about living in a home. Louie is learning about living in a house in his foster home.
