Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Hudson, & I'm a very affectionate & loving 4-year old male beagle mix! I'm a young guy, so I'm active! I love to play frisbee, ball, tug-of-war, & fetch! I'm very smart! I love to sleep in bed with my person at night, but if you prefer, I will sleep on a dog bed in the bedroom. I have lived with young children in the past, & I do well with them. I'm also good with other dogs & cats, & I love to play with them! I ride well in a car. I can be timid, and I'm afraid of loud sounds. (I was probably abused at one point in my life). I am housetrained and crate trained. When I need to go outside, I whine & pace. Sometimes I just stare at you, & sometimes I will bark & paw at you. I have separation anxiety, and will poop and pee when left alone. (I will do that in a crate & lay in it). So I really need a home where someone is home nearly all of the time.I will jump over their 4-foot chain link/wire fence. (I jump up, then climb the rest of the way up & then jump over). So I need a home either without a fenced yard where I am walked on leash, or a fenced yard with a vinyl fence or wood privacy fence. I'm a mix - but don't let that fool you. I will run off if I get loose, just like a full-blooded beagle! I weigh about 35 lbs. I'm in a foster home without a fenced yard (I'm walked on leash) & doing well. I'm already neutered.
