AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION!!! Hi! My name is Murphy & I'm a 3-4 year old male beagle mix! I also respond to the name Kili, one of the dwarfs in The Hobbit! I'm a very handsome fellow! I LOVE people! I'm good with children of all ages. I'm super affectionate! I also love toys, & I love to chew! I'm already housetrained and neutered, although I might have 1 or 2 accidents until I learn how to let you know I need to go outside. I need to be the only pet in a home. At this point, we think Murphy would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. He becomes anxious if left alone. But he was in a foster home for awhile and made a lot of progress on his separation anxiety. He is not crate trained, but made progress on being crated. Murphy will steal food (typical beagle!), and so if you have a young child who walks around with food, he might eat it! Murphy is great in a car! He just sleeps in the backseat. In order to exercise Murphy, he should be walked on a leash or be in a securely fenced yard. He does not do well on a tie-out. Murphy is living in a boarding kennel & is in desperate need of a loving home who can give him the attention he deserves! Please think about making him part of your family!
