This 4-year old tricolor beagle is just the nicest dog! Buddy is an active & playful dog! He is also very loving & affectionate! Buddy is happiest when he is with people! He loves to play fetch! Buddy had lived outdoors in a pen, but now he is in a foster home learning about housemanners & housetraining!
