Hi! I'm Mr. B! The 'B' is short for Beagle! :) I'm a 3-year old red & white male beagle. I've had a very tough life. I was used as a stud at a puppy mill & I lived in a crate all my life. When the puppy mill was done with me, they were going to have me euthanized. But a kind soul took me in, & now I'm looking for my forever home! I love people, & I want to come to people! But I'm afraid. So I crawl on the ground to come to you! I'm crate trained & I'm fine in the crate overnight. I'm working on housetraining in my foster home, & I'm making good progress! I'm such a smart boy! I seem to be submissive with other dogs. I was recently neutered, and so I still get very excited around females. I weigh about 37. I haven't had a lot of exposure to children, so I'll go to a home with older, mature children or no children. But I've been very good with children I meet when my foster mom is working on socializing me in different settings. I'm learning to walk on a leash, too! This is all so new to me, but I love all the attention! It may take a little while for me to build my confidence, but I know I will with patience and understanding. Are you the right home for me?
