Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Rocky! I'm an adorable 5-6 year old male beagle. I'm such a sweet boy! I'm outgoing & friendly! I love to go for walks, & I walk really well on a leash for a beagle! I like to play tug-of-war & fetch! I'm in a foster home with 2 cats, & I don't pay any attention to them. I'm housetrained. However, I can't stand to be in a crate. That's not really a problem since I have been very good in my foster home when they have to leave me alone in the house. I like to sleep in bed with my people at night! While I'm friendly & outgoing, if I get loose I won't come back. In fact, I got loose from my prior home & was lost in a suburb of a town for 6 weeks. I was so frightened - I would not come to anyone, & I had to be trapped. So I need a home where doors are always secure. A fenced yard would be great as long as it's very secure along the bottom & at the gates, & it is fairly high. (I like to jump). A home willing to keep a charged GPS collar and/or Airtag on me is preferred. I'm up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped. I'm scheduled to be neutered on 1/12/24 & can go to my forever home after that.
