Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Brave! I'm a 1.5 year old female blue-tick beagle. I've been raised with children as young as 8 years of age, & I'm very good with them. I'm an active girl - which is to be expected since I'm young! I'm also playful! I love tug-of-war & fetch! I'm very affectionate & loving! I like to be physically next to my people & I'm used to sleeping under the covers next to my person at night! I was pet sit by someone with a dog once, & I was fine with their dog. I was sort of oblivious to my pet sitter's dog. I'm housetrained. I'm used to going outside 4 to 5 times a day, & I'll whine when I need to go outside. However, when I go to my new home, there may be an adjustment period while we learn to communicate with each other. I'm a young dog, so I like to chew on things. I'll need safe things to chew on, like nylabones. When you are out, you can confine me to the kitchen with a baby gate. However, I can not be crated. (I'll chew through the metal). I like to go on car rides! I'm such a sweet thing! I can't wait to find my forever home! I'm up-to-date on vaccines, & will be spayed before I'm adopted.
