Hi! My name is Nellie Blue! I'm a female coonhound mix. I'm small for a coonhound - I only weigh about 48 lbs. I'm 2-3 years old - so I'm a young girl! I'm extremely affectionate & love to give kisses! I will also sit on your lap if you'll let me! I'm active, but I'm easygoing at the same time! I listen to my person well! I've lived with another dog & did well with her. I haven't been around cats much, but when I've seen them outside, I want to chase them - but I'm probably being playful about it. I've lived with 12 & 13 year old children & I've done very well with them! I ride very well in the car! Just secure me to the back seat & I'll enjoy the car ride! You can tell that I'm very photogenic & that I'll sit pretty for my pictures! I've lived most of my life outdoors. So I need work on housetraining. I'm not crate trained. It's possible I'll need someone who is home most of the time so they can work with me on housetraining. I'm up-to-date on vaccines & will be spayed before I'm adopted.
