Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Mandy, & I'm a very sweet female tricolor beagle! I need a new home because my owner has a job with high travel demands. I'm loving and affectionate, & I need a new family to love! I am playful & I like to play tag! I am a very good girl! I'm obedient & mannerly. I even walk on a leash without pulling! (I do need to be on a leash or in a fenced yard when I'm outside.) I can be timid, so you would want to take your time introducing me to new things. Also, I'm frightened of loud sounds, like gunshots. I've been around children of all ages, & I'm fine with them. I'm an older gal (about 10 years), and so I should be in a home with children old enough to know how to properly handle a dog. I'm submissive with other dogs & get along with everyone! I am housetrained, and need to go outside 4-5 times a day. I stand by the door & look at you when I need to go outside. I'm cratetrained, & content to be in a crate or loose in the house when everyone is away. At night, I'll be happy to sleep on a dogbed in the house. I like car rides, & ride loose quietly. The best way to get me to do something is to use treats or praise. I am already spayed & up-to-date on shots. I just need a family! Will that be you? Click on my page to see another photo of me!
