Hi! My name is Dewey & I'm the sweetest guy! I'm a male tricolor beagle & I need a new home! Last February, I was found as a stray & taken to the shelter. Now I'm with Nittany Beagle Rescue & living in a foster home. I like to sit on the couch with my person! I'm very loving! I know many commands, like sit, stay, come & catch! I walk well on a leash, & I ride really well in the car. I'm good with children and other dogs. However, I don't like it if another dog tries to take my food. I will howl at cats, but if I'm fine with the cats in my foster home. I'm a mature fellow (maybe 8 or 9 years). I'm housetrained, & cratetrained (although I will bark in the crate). I'm already neutered & up-to-date on shots. I need to go on a diet, so I need a family who can help with me that. Please give me a chance! I need a home!
