Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Billy Ray! I am a very sweet, easygoing fellow! I was rescued by some kind people who took me in. I was so weak, I could barely walk! (They tried to find my prior owners, but no one claimed me). I was starving when they found me, but I've put on weight since then! I am very sociable! I really like people. I am great with the children of the people who rescued me. I like to play with the children in the family! However, I am not housetrained yet, & so I will need a patient family willing to work with me on that. I haven't spent a lot of time with other dogs & cats at my foster home. I seem to be fine with cats. Big young dogs intimidate me, but I might be okay with a calm dog about my size. I will get on a scent & just go - so I must be on a secure tie-out or in a securely fenced yard when outside. I will be neutered and up-to-date on shots soon.
