This is a COURTESY POST. Can anyone help this poor dog? 11 years spent living inside and well loved, now chained outside. Buddy is now living outside - tied up during the day and in a crate at night - he lived 11 years up until now in a home. His family moved. Buddy is in the State College area. Fostering or adopting, anyone? Buddy has lived with cats his entire life. In fact, his human mom says that he thinks he is a cat - likes to curl up on the top of the couch like one. He has been successfully introduced to some dogs, hasn't liked a few others. He has never had an issue with children, although he hasn't been around many small ones. He is a typical hound who likes to stick his nose everywhere! Buddy is not yet fixed, but we will assist in getting this done for his family.
