Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Rufus, & I'm a wonderful 6-year old male beagle! I'm good with other dogs, cats & children! I am very friendly & I love people! I love to go for walks! That is my favorite thing to do. I also love to play ball. I am housetrained. When I need to go outside, I will dance around or paw at you to let me out. At night, I like to sleep in a plastic crate without a door. I am not crate trained, & I will break out of them. I am a runner - so it's important that I be on a leash or in a securely fenced in yard. I am good at getting out of things, so putting me on a tie out would probably not be a good idea. I am not neutered yet, but will be neutered before I'm adopted. So it's possible I may mark in my new home when I first get there - but I may not either! I am a very sweet boy & anxious to find my forever home! I am living in a boarding kennel right now.
