Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Sophie & I'm a very sweet & affectionate 2-year old female beagle. I'm good with children, other dogs & cats! I'm an easygoing dog - plus I'm mannerly! I can be a little afraid of new people & dogs at first, though. I am housetrained & crate trained. Because I'm only 2 years old, I'm an energetic girl! So it's important that I get enough exercise. I love toys & I like to play tag, ball & tug of war! I ride really well in a car! Usually I sleep in a crate at night. However, if you crate me while you are at work during the day, it's important not to crate me at night also. I need a new home because the young child in the family was too rough with me, & so I'll be placed in a home where the children are old enough to know how to properly treat a dog.
