Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Lucy & I'm a very sweet 2-year old beagle mix. I have beautiful coloring! I am a very active girl & I love to play tug of war & ball! I'm also affectionate & I love to sleep under the covers with my person at night. I'm also easygoing & sociable. I am good with young children & other dogs. I haven't been around cats, although I'm probably fine with them (although I will may chase them for fun). I do jump on my person, so I might knock a small child down. I ride really well in a car. I am housetrained & cratetrained. If I get loose, I will run off, so it's critical that I be in a securely fenced back yard or a leash or tie-out when outside. Actually, I can jump 5 foot fence (maybe even a higher one!). I will jump it & run off whether someone is in the fenced area with me or not, so I would do better on leash when outside or in a high privacy fenced in area. I am on the small side, probably under 25 lbs. I will be spayed before I'm adopted. Click on my photo to see a different picture of me. Please think about making me part of your family!
